# Configuring employee access (our modular product offering)

Aslan is a **modular benefit** so you choose which features to enable for your workforce:

- **On-Demand Pay (ODP):** Flexible access to earned pay.
- **Set & Spend (S&S):** Budgeting and rewards tool for Aslan card spend.
- **Employee gifting:** Tax-efficient recognition with Aslan points.
- **Marketplace & rewards** – Instant points, digital vouchers, and retailer offers.

**You can:**

✅  Enable/disable modules by contacting your Aslan account manager.

✅  Adjust limits for individual employees.

✅ Pause or remove access as needed.
