[Employee communications](https://support.aslan.io/employee-communications?hsLang=en) # Earning and using Roarward points Employees earn Roarward points on every £1 spent with their Aslan card. - **No expiry:** Points never expire, so employees can save them up or redeem them anytime. - **Easy redemption:** Once users have built up at least £5 worth of points, they can redeem in multiples of £5 directly in the app. - **Instant impact:** Redeemed points instantly increase the available-to-spend balance, and the next purchase will use this balance first, meaning it won’t affect employee payslip statements.
