Control over pay

We offer two core feature that empower employees with control and flexibility over their pay.

On-Demand Pay lets employees access a portion of their salary as it’s earned, before payday. While Set & Spend allows them to allocate money to Aslan at payday for budgeting. Both are controlled by limits set by you to keep things responsible.

1. On-Demand Pay (ODP): employees balances increases by a set percentage of their daily earned pay, free of charge.
2. Set & Spend (S&S): employees allocate a portion of their salary to Aslan, to spend on their card, usually from payday onwards. The date this amount is made available can be anytime between cutoff and payday and is defined by you. 

Both are capped by your pre-defined limits and deducted via payroll.
