Explaining Set & Spend

1. Set & Spend lets employees set a fixed portion of pay to spend on their Aslan card from payday onwards.
2. It's a budgeting tool! The money is still their pay, just allocated to Aslan.
3. They set the amount before payday, and it loads as a spendable balance to their card on payday automatically.
4. They earn the same Roarward™ points on all Set & Spend purchases as they do with On-Demand Pay.
