How On-Demand Pay works

Our On-Demand Pay feature enables your employees to access portion of their pay as they earn it. Balances grow daily and reset at the start of a new pay period, with no fees involved.

On-Demand Pay is off by default when your employees first signup to the Aslan app. If you offer it as a feature your employees can then enable it in their app and enjoy the freedom and flexibility it brings.

The portion of pay you employees are able to access is defined by your set limits.
