Publishing a benefit to the Benefits Hub
There are three required fields to publish a benefit to your hub:
- Benefit name
- Description
- Logo or image
You can also add additional information to help your benefit stand out and improve employee engagement.
How to Publish a Benefit
- Log in to the Aslan client portal: https://portal.aslan.io
- From the left-hand navigation, select Company Benefits
- Choose Benefits Manager and click the Add Benefit button in the top-right corner
- Add the required information (name, description and logo), along with any optional content such as videos, PDFs or additional links
- You can save your progress as a draft at any time and come back later
- Once ready, click Publish to make the benefit live in the hub
- Head to the Overview page to view your benefit details and engagement metrics
- Check the mobile app to see how the benefit appears live in the Benefits Hub
You can edit a benefit at any time, and changes will update instantly once republished. If you no longer want a benefit visible, you can either delete it or move it back to draft status.
Benefit creation fields explained

| Short description | A short summary shown below the benefit name to quickly explain the benefit |
| Description | (Required) Up to 5,000 characters to provide full details. Supports links, bullet points and formatted text |
| Employee link | Optional link directing employees to learn more or take action |
| Documents | Upload PDFs that can be viewed directly in the hub (max 5MB) |
| Additional links | Add extra links related to the benefit |
| What’s included | Add up to 10 bullet points highlighting key features |
| Does this benefit apply to me? | Add eligibility criteria so employees understand who the benefit is for |
| Media – Logo | Upload a square logo (500px x 500px, max 2MB) |
| Media – Photo gallery | Upload up to 10 images (max 5MB each). Recommended sizes: 1920x1080 or 1080x1080 |
| Media – Videos | Add up to 5 YouTube video links. Videos can be played directly in the hub |
| FAQs | Add up to 10 expandable questions and answers to support employees |
