Updating individual limits

You can adjust limits for specific employees directly in the portal. This is useful for handling probation, role-specific rules, or one-off exceptions.

• Company-level limits: You set global rules and sub-limits which impact all employees.

• Individual overrides: If you need to change a single employee’s limit, for example during sabbatical, or to offer extra flexibility you can update it directly in the Aslan client portal.

• Immediate effect: Changes take effect right away, so the employee’s balance and spend controls automatically adjust.

• Guardrails built in: Our system applies daily accrual and salary allowance rules behind the scenes, so no one can ever spend beyond the safe, compliant maximum.
