What if someone leaves mid-cycle?

If an employee leaves during a pay period, we ask to be notified as soon as possible via an Employee Data File upload or in your Admin portal. Aslan has some automation processes in place to help protect you from any risk.

• Cutoff control: As soon as a leave date is recorded in the system, an employees Aslan card is blocked from the cutoff before their final payday. If cutoff has passed this will happen immediately, as soon as we are informed.

• Deductions: Any amounts already accessed (via On-Demand Pay or Set & Spend) are included in their final payroll deduction file.
