Where to send people for help?
- In-app support: Employees can tap the chat icon inside Aslan to message the support team directly.
- Help centre: help.aslan.io provides employees with a full list of FAQs and step-by-step guides.
- Schedule a call: Employees can book an intro call with the Aslan team via the chat button in-app or on employees.aslan.io.
- Email: support@aslan.io
- HR team: For anything employer-specific, escalate to your internal HR/Reward team.
You don't need to resolve technical issues yourself. Signpost employees to the in-app chat and Aslan will take it from there.
