I received an approval email but there is nothing to approve
If a recognition has already been approved by another pot manager, it will no longer appear in your approvals list.
Why this happens:When an employee sends a recognition, all pot managers who manage that pot are notified and can approve it. Only one approval is needed for the recognition to go through.
If another pot manager approved the recognition before you opened the app, it will have already been processed. The recognition will no longer appear in your approvals list because there is nothing left for you to do.
This is expected behaviour, the recognition has been approved and the recipient has already received their points.
