Getting support (channels, response times, escalation)

Support is built into the Aslan experience. Employees can use in-app chat, while HR, payroll, or finance teams can reach us by using the chat feature here, contacting your account manager or by emailing support@aslan.io.

Payroll-critical issues are always prioritised for same-day response. For both you and your employees we have a dedicated knowledge base of FAQs, articles and how to videos.

Response times:

  • Standard queries: 1 business day.
  • Payroll-critical issues (cut-offs, deductions): same day response.
  • Card issues/fraud: handled immediately.
