Do we have to pre-fund spend?

No you don’t need to pre-fund employee spend. We do that!

Aslan fronts all transactions on behalf of your employees. We pre-fund the settlement account so every card payment can be authorised instantly. You only reimburse us once a month, through your payroll cycle.

At cutoff, you’ll receive a payroll deduction file and an invoice. The deductions are taken from employees’ net pay, and you pay the invoice on payday (usually via Direct Debit).

⚡️ This means zero impact on your company’s cashflow and employees can spend with confidence.
