How Aslan works?
- Your business signs a contract with Aslan.
- We onboard you by gathering key payroll data and employee information.
- We invite employees to sign up using their work email you provided.
- Employees download the app, activate their Aslan card and start using it.
- Employees spend on their card and Aslan funds the merchants instantly.
- At an agreed payroll cut-off, Aslan creates a report showing all employee spend for the given pay period.
- You receive this report in your client portal and download it to process the net pay deductions.
- Aslan invoices you for the total spend across all your employees (plus any subscription fees).
- On payday, you settle the invoice.
- The process repeats each pay cycle.
