How Aslan works?

  1. Your business signs a contract with Aslan.
  2. We onboard you by gathering key payroll data and employee information.
  3. We invite employees to sign up using their work email you provided.
  4. Employees download the app, activate their Aslan card and start using it.
  5. Employees spend on their card and Aslan funds the merchants instantly.
  6. At an agreed payroll cut-off, Aslan creates a report showing all employee spend for the given pay period.
  7. You receive this report in your client portal and download it to process the net pay deductions.
  8. Aslan invoices you for the total spend across all your employees (plus any subscription fees).
  9. On payday, you settle the invoice.
  10. The process repeats each pay cycle.
