How do you invoice?
⚡️ In short: one invoice per payroll cycle, paid on payday, fully aligned with your payroll deductions paid via Direct Debit.
Aslan invoices are designed to be simple and payroll-friendly, we always try to consolidate our invoice for usage, points purchases and subscriptions fees if applicable.

Timing: On your agreed payroll cutoff date, we issue an invoice for the total usage across your employees’ Aslan cards.

What’s included: The invoice covers all On-Demand Pay & Set & Spend usage, plus any points purchases and subscription fees (if applicable).

Payment: We request that invoices are settled on the same day employees are paid, usually via Direct Debit. This keeps everything cashflow neutral. Aslan funds all employee card spend upfront, so you’re never out of pocket.
