How Set & Spend (budgeting tool) works 

With Set & Spend, employees can choose how much of their pay they want to “set aside” and have available on their Aslan card.

Think of it as turning part of their salary into a prepaid rewards card, giving a fixed budget to spend smarter and earn more points.

By default, the balance becomes available on payday, but you can also choose to release it anytime between payroll cutoff and payday.

Set & Spend can be used alongside On-Demand Pay, or as a simple alternative for those who prefer a fixed, budget-friendly balance.
