How sign-up works for your team

  1. Employees will receive an invitation email to their work inbox (this can be a personal email if this is provided to us).
  2. They download the app and sign up using their invited email address only.
  3. Verification happens via 2 factor authentication and one-time codes sent to their inbox and mobile devices.
  4. During signed up the activate their virtual card.
  5. Core features are available for employees to enable and setup from the app homepage.
If a team member hasn't received their invite, ask them to check spam, or contact the HR team to resend.
 

What to tell your team:
"Check your work email for an invite from Aslan, use that email to sign up and activate your card. The app will show you details about the core features automatically."
