How sign-up works for your team
- Employees will receive an invitation email to their work inbox (this can be a personal email if this is provided to us).
- They download the app and sign up using their invited email address only.
- Verification happens via 2 factor authentication and one-time codes sent to their inbox and mobile devices.
- During signed up the activate their virtual card.
- Core features are available for employees to enable and setup from the app homepage.
If a team member hasn't received their invite, ask them to check spam, or contact the HR team to resend.
What to tell your team:
"Check your work email for an invite from Aslan, use that email to sign up and activate your card. The app will show you details about the core features automatically."
