How to approve a recognition

Approvals live in your notifications area. Here's where to find them and what to do.

  1. Open the Aslan app and tap the notifications icon.
  2. You will see two tabs: My notifications and Approvals. Tap Approvals.
  3. Your pending approval requests are listed here. Each card shows the sender, the recipient, the number of points, the pound value, and the pot the funds will come from.
  4. To approve, tap the purple tick button on the right of the card.
  5. The recognition is approved immediately. The points are transferred to the recipient's balance, and the recognition is posted to your company's Roar wall.
  6. The recipient receives a notification by push notification, in-app message, and email.

If you manage more than one pot, you can change the funding source of the recognition. Tap the recognition to see the full details and then tap funding source to make a change.
