How to download a payroll report?

The payroll report shows all  Set & Spend, Savings and On-Demand Pay activity for your employees in a given pay period. Use it to reconcile deductions before running payroll.
  1. Log in to the Aslan client portal https://portal.aslan.io
  2. From the left-hand navigation, select reports.
  3. Choose Payroll report from the report type options.
  4. See the latest payroll report.
  5. If you manage multiple pay calendars, select the correct report to download.
  6. Wait a moment for it to download.
  7. The .csv report is ready to import into your payroll system.
What the report includes:
1. Employee name and ID
2. Total deductions per employee
 
If the report shows unexpected activity, contact the Aslan support team before processing payroll. Do not ignore discrepancies.
