How to gift an employee?

Send Roarward™ points directly to one or more employees as a spot reward. Points land in their Aslan app instantly and can be spent anywhere.

Gift to a single employee

1. In the portal, on the left hand menu go to Gifting menu item and find the person you want to recognise.
2. Tick the check box next to their name.
3. Tap Next.
4. Enter the number of points to send (200 points = £1).
5. Add a personalised message this appears in the employee's app notification.
6. Click Send gift to confirm. Points are delivered instantly.

1. In the portal, on the left hand menu go to Gifting menu item and find the person you want to recognise.
2. Use the checkboxes to select the employees you want to gift or tick Select all for your whole team.
3. With employees selected, click next.
4. Enter a points amount, this amount will be sent to each selected employee individually.
5. Add a message that will be sent to all recipients.
6. Review the summary, total points being sent and number of recipients.
7. Click Send gift. All employees receive their points simultaneously.
