Payroll cut-off reports: how to download and process

At each payroll cut-off, Aslan generates a deduction payroll report in CSV format. This contains the amounts to deduct for each employee, ready for you to upload into your payroll system or pass to your provider. Reports are available in your client portal and can also be delivered automatically via SFTP. 

• Reports are generated automatically at payroll cut-off (usually at 06:00).
• You will be notified via email when the report is ready to download in the portal.
• Each report contains:
  • Employee unique ID
  • Net deduction amount.
  • First and Last name if required.
• Report format is always .CSV (ready for import into payroll software).
• You can also set up automated SFTP download.
