What are guardrails?

We have a set of guardrails in place to automatically prevent overspending.

If an employee reaches their cap, balances stop accruing until the next cycle, and adjustments are made automatically if salaries change.

• Automated guardrails prevent overspending:
  • Between the previous and next payroll cut-off dates
  • During the pay period
• Balance accrual stops if the guardrail cap is reached.
• Retroactive adjustments are made if salaries change.
